Refund and Returns
- You are eligible to return a product within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You are eligible to return your product with a return fee for pickups, otherwise, the item can be dropped off at (NOOH BAZZAR) retail shops.
- You will be able to submit a return request through the website, or you may contact us through a call center or email.
- Refunds of returned products will be managed by us (NOOH BAZZAR), we will refund to you the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees).
- You will be issued a refund to your bank account, or PayPal account in case you paid cash on delivery, you will be required to provide us with your bank account details to issue a refund.
- Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back and inspected by the seller and that will be within 5 working days.
- The refunded amount will be reflected in your bank account within (30) days from the day on which we receive the product back.
